After experiencing a difficult divorce, Hope found herself homeless, alone, and with no support system to help navigate through the faith testing time. During this dark time she had a supernatural encounter with God and through this experience He guided her to Restoration Church RI. Over the next few years, while immersing herself under Spirit filled Pastors and Leaders, God began to write the most significant chapter of her life; giving her a strong desire to start helping hurting people, praying for healing and to change the communities around her.
Hope had received freedom and healing and God asked her to start a women’s evangelizing small group in her church. Later that year she felt the pull and desire to begin the road to Pastoral Credentialing through Southern New England School Of Ministry. She completed the courses to be a Assemblies of God Minister.
By 2019, the women’s evangelism group had matured into a ministry that became a beacon in Providence as other churches began to partner with them. In 2021, Anchored Hope was launched and as of March 22, 2022 they become a nonprofit organization serving hundreds monthly. Hope has dedicated her time and resources to help people that are struggling and are in need because God has done so much for her.
"Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, an whoever sows generously will also reap generously. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work."

KARIN OUELLETTE
Vice President/Treasurer
Karin is a graduate of Bentley University with a degree in Accounting and has worked as an accounting manager of several small businesses for 30 years.
Karin has a huge heart for those who are in need and has volunteered her time to local non-profit organizations for 3 years. Karin also works within the community to collect clothing, backpacks, toiletries, blankets and jackets to give to those in need. Her and her family attend Restoration Church RI and are very involved in several ministries along with serving as Vice President and Treasurer for Anchored Hope RI.

FRANK JOYAL
Pastor/Evangelist
Frank Joyal is the Pastor of Restoration Church Newport Campus and director of North End Connections, which is a nonprofit community resource ministry in Newport, RI.
After a radical conversion he dedicated himself to the call of God for his life. After graduating from Summit Bible College, Frank spent the next 20 years as an Evangelist and Prophet where he ministered from the streets of New England to the coasts of California and has traveled to other countries. His passion is to see global transformations as a Revivalist with a Prophetic and Apostolic anointing to the church. His mission is to lead people into an authentic encounter with The Living God so they may have a genuine relationship with Him.
The years experienced as a Pastor allowed him to have a multi-cultural, multi-generational impact and vision for those without hope. He served as Senior Pastor at Crossover Church in Providence, RI for many years and now has begun the new journey as Senior Pastor in Newport. He along with his wife Tiffany, have a passion to serve the less fortunate of society by feeding the hungry and clothing the naked. Nothing gives them more joy than being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to the world.
